As stated in the project's announcement, the COVER team will take a snapshot of their positions at ETH height 11541218 (Dec 28, 2020 16:11:06) and exchange new COVER tokens at a 1:1 ratio. Hoo.com will compare the official snapshot time of the project with the suspension time of COVER trading (December 28, 2020, 21:50 UTC+8), and will distribute new COVER tokens for COVER token users on a 1:1 basis.

- Hoo.com has suspended COVER/USDT and COVER/ETH trading at 21:50 (UTC+8) on December 28, 2020, and will snapshot record user COVER positions at 15:00 (UTC+8) on January 2, 2021，Hoo.com promises to distribute the upcoming new token to all COVER holders at the ratio of 1:1 based on snapshot time. Hoo.com will bear the loss of the exposure in the interest of the user.
